Surprise your family and friends with this delicious kosher for Pesach S&#8217;mores Pie from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kosher.com\/recipe\/1689\/i-cant-believe-its-kosher-for-pesach-smore-brownie-pie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kosher.com<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p class=\"group__title\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-checkbox-ingredients\">\n<li><strong>2<\/strong> Gefen Kosher for Passover premade pie crusts, or homemade macaroon pie crusts<\/li>\n<li><strong>1<\/strong> package Gefen Kosher for Passover brownie mix<\/li>\n<li><strong>1\/3 cup<\/strong> oil (as per box instructions)<\/li>\n<li><strong>3\u00a0<\/strong>eggs (as per box instructions)<\/li>\n<li><strong>36 <\/strong>large\u00a0marshmallows, halved<\/li>\n<li>melted chocolate <em>(optional)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<section class=\"step\">\n<div class=\"step__content\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F. Open the pie crusts and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p>Mix the brownie mix with the oil and eggs as per box instructions until well blended and smooth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Divide batter evenly between the two pie crusts and bake for 30 minutes (NOT 50 minutes as written on the box).<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven and arrange marshmallows over the top of the hot brownie, sticky side of the cut marshmallows in contact with brownie. Press down gently to help them adhere.<\/li>\n<li>Return brownies to oven to toast the marshmallows. Watch carefully so the marshmallows do not burn! Remove from oven and cool completely.<\/li>\n<li>When cool, remove the pie from the pan by flipping the pie over while supporting the top with your open palm and removing the tin pan. Flip over again onto a serving dish and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
