{"id":2203,"date":"2017-08-23T16:36:07","date_gmt":"2017-08-23T16:36:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/18.191.22.100\/?p=2203"},"modified":"2024-05-07T13:58:24","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T13:58:24","slug":"bbq-beef-sticks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.torahmates.org\/jewish-resources\/bbq-beef-sticks\/","title":{"rendered":"BBQ Beef Sticks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A great <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kosher.com\/recipe\/sweet-and-sticky-bbq-beef-sticks-2945\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recipe<\/a> for the grill<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb&nbsp;sandwich steaks<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup&nbsp;ketchup<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup&nbsp;pineapple juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp&nbsp;garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup&nbsp;soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup&nbsp;brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp&nbsp;canola oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a bowl, combine ketchup, pineapple juice, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and canola oil.<\/li>\n<li>Place sandwich steak in a one-gallon Ziploc bag and pour half of the marinade over it. Marinate for four hours or overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove the meat from the refrigerator, and allow to reach room temperature, around 30 minutes. Remove the meat from bag and throw out the remaining marinade.<\/li>\n<li>Grill for two to two and a half minutes per side.<\/li>\n<li>After taking the meat off the grill you can place the meat on wooden skewers.
