The perfect cookie combo, from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kosher.com\/recipe\/peanut-butter-stuffed-fudge-cookies-577\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kosher.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cookie Dough:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 sticks\u00a0softened margarine<\/li>\n<li>1 cup\u00a0granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>3\/4\u00a0cup\u00a0packed light brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a0large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 and 3\/4\u00a0cups\u00a0all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp\u00a0baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0tsp kosher salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Peanut Butter Filling:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup\u00a0peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0cup\u00a0granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0egg<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp\u00a0vanilla sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0and 1\/2\u00a0cups chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li>1 cup cocoa powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place peanut butter and sugar into a medium bowl and mix to combine. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, mixing until well combined. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the margarine and sugars until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, slowly mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Roll a 1-inch ball of the peanut butter mixture. Working with damp hands, flatten some fudge cookie dough around the peanut butter ball. Place on greased cookie sheet. Repeat until there is no filling left.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 16-17 minutes, until cooked through.
