brownies

Ingredients:

2/3 c. oil
1 ½ c. sugar
¼ c. water

2 c. presidents choice decadent chocolate chips
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

4 eggs
1 ½ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda

Place oil, sugar and water in medium pot over a medium-high flame. Bring to a low boil and then shut off flame. Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract and mix until fully melted and smooth using a wooden spoon. Mix eggs in one at a time. Combine flour, salt and baking soda and add to mixture, ½ cup at a time, mixing constantly until smooth.

Spray 9×13 foil pan and bake at 325 for 40- 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
