Besides the catchy name, this cake is a cinch to prepare… and, of course, to polish off…
Ingredients:
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 cup juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients. Bake in a 9×13 pan at 350F for about 40 minutes.
