These Pesach blondies are so yummy and so easy! Everybody loves ’em, so double the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 C potato starch
  • 3/4 C oil
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 C chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together all ingredients, besides chocolate chips, until well-combined. Stir in half of the chips. 
  2. Pour batter into a greased eight- by eight-inch pan and sprinkle the rest of the chips on top. Bake 35–40 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.

    I was looking for a Blondie recipe that used oil not margarine. I will put a copy of this with my year round recipes It will be nice to make when people who can’t tolerate gluten visit.
