fruit crumble A delicious way to use up some extra fruit lying around. Serve as a side dish or dessert. A scoop of ice cream on the side can’t hurt. 😉

Dough:
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. oil (or less)
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix until crumbly dough forms. Press half of dough into 9×13 pan.

Filling:
1 can of blueberry pie filling
5 peeled and sliced apples (or any combination of fruit)

Combine filling and fruits. Spread on layer of dough. Sprinkle remaining dough on top of filling. Dust with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350F for one hour.
